Énnush does not ship to PO Boxes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been collected by the courier.
Énnush courier delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Énnush cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Énnush.
Please note that shipping internationally could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities. Customers will be responsible for these fees.
If an order is refused at delivery the customer will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Énnush guarantees that the products will meet every customer’s needs. However, in the case of any dissatisfaction customers can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a refund, all goods must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. The security ribbon must not be tempered with. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of any kind, e.g. cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If you attempt to return a clearance item, which is not returnable, the product will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org providing your order number and reason for return. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the correct address which will be provided by the Énnush Customer Care Team.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
If due to non-customer related reasons e.g. the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the international delivery charge.
